Not because I have fallen for the protagonist, this post is meant for something else. Just yesterday I saw someone make a post out there, " when there's so much to be sad about in the society, people are unnecessarily hyping on a baseless movie." Thank you whoever for such a post. Because the post gave me the opportunity to differ slightly.
What are we living for? To find reasons to be sad? Or find happiness in small things? Honestly for me it's the later. But for some, the ideology is different. For them, people should focus on the sadness of the society and work for their eradication only. To them my question is, when a movie drives you to a beautiful world of fantasy, doesn't it eradicate sadness for the moment? Well I maybe wrong.
Regarding the uselessness of the movie. The movie has created a lot more jobs, curiosities and reverence about Indian cinemas in global platform than the so called 'useful' ones. Really useless? Ehh?
Regarding the lack of messages from a movie. I've got a grave one. However great you are, your dearest one will back stab you. Doesn't really mean, you will stop being great. A very little of a message?
Regarding overdramatisation. If a movie's vast frames and fantasies drive you off to blue skies and pink waves for just two and a half hours of your life, is it really worth condemnation being overdramatic?
And lastly regarding not everyone being able to reach the movies, I have seen the complete family of our maid go for the movie. Doesn't their money count? Couldn't they satisfactorily buy happiness through an en masse entertainer?
Still condemn Bahubali 2 : The Conclusion? You're welcome. Because you know what? It's easy to judge. Ain't easy to reach the height you are judging.
PS : The first movie to make a 1000 crore mark without a Khan, without some overrated sex and antisocials. Is Jealousy working?
This post isn't intended to hurt any fan base.
