This movie is not for review' s or for analysis,if people choose to let them...because I don't think even Rajamouli garu would be worried about...I am proud of entire Bahubali venture and I am glad that movie got released in my generation..I belong to set of audience who love simple stories and emotions ( like I prefer saanjh over Maya though Maya is intriguing)...loved Prabhas, Anushka, Sathyaraj,Ramyakrishnan,nasar..the only one thing I didn't like was thamanna ,I felt any other actress could have done justice than her.,just my opinion.
Yeah they were all opinions ,we need not take them seriously :)

However I loved Amarendra's character, and him choosing what is right or wrong and by that standing for his wife and against mother went all against him which remains the bottomline. It made me really sad, a mother wasn't able to see and understand what his son did and for way, only because of her teachings, he was tried to that.
Blinded by hate and the feeling of she did injustice to her own son made her guilt strong.

Which made me strongly realize, when our views overpower our thinking and ability to respect and accept others, nothing works there, not even a son is spared by mother. Don't expect anyone to behave as we want. If a mother couldn't understand how anyone else will? He got nothing, didn't become king of his beloved praja not even was able to live dirghaayushya with his family, whereas Bhallaladev got everything, lived his life as he wanted. Justice was served by Mahendra but late, his mother'ssuffering for years

May be it is like that you have to save your kingdom from evil which required sacrifices.

First, it has created so many jobs and that's a huge benefit to loads of them out there.
At a time when Indians are painted in a very different avatar of poverty in abroad, here comes a movie that boasts of our rich culture and heritage. Yes, I know it is a fantasy movie and not a historical one, but being set in the same period it still does have references to the history. Often when we forget our roots, our history we can't grow much. Japan's Meiji restoration is one example. This film is contributing in that way. This is like calling the Mangalayan a waste because their is poverty in India. There are always ways to leapfrog and that is what Bahubali did. It has made us proud in every way, such a wonderful fantasy they have created. Till today we carry epics like Ramayan and Mahabhartha with us to guide us, maybe Bahubali wasn't as big as those great epics but it still gives you some core lessons.

1) Bijjala could never become the king but Bhalla could. Why? Bijjala was always intoxicated and his mouth never had any control. Bhalla had a control over himself, that let him succeed in his mission for a temporary period, a evil one. But when he lost the control near Kattapa, he brought destruction on himself.

2)When Good climbs up, the evil will eventually fall down. In the Beginning they showed Shivudu/Mahendra climbing up the waterfalls and in the end of Conclusion they showed Bhalla's statue's head falling down the waterfalls in pieces. Good symbolism there.

3) Relationships are often complex. We will be blindfolded by them and cannot see the truth. That is what happened in the case of Sivagami. Hence, always think with a clear mind.

4)Duty comes foremost. Always be in service to it. Bahubali has taught this thing very well to us, but at the same time he has handled his relationships well. There should always be a proper balance.

5) Even your close ones can back stab you. Be aware.

6) Your words will shape you. Use them only when required. Unnecessary promises, promises which you cannot fulfill will bring destruction only. One promise that Kattapa's ancestors had made ages ago is why he is like this today, Sivagami's promise to Bhalla is the why destruction happened. Be careful with your words, you cannot take them back!

A lot more of analysis has to be done for this movie, but my little brain could do only so much. Such epics will always give you good lessons. Look out for them.

Couldn't agree more. Bahubali got nothing. Devsena got nothing. Shivagami redeemed but died. Bhallaldev got everything for 25 years. Yes Mahendra returned. But Amarendra didn't.
A lot to be learnt from a single movie. Ain't really baseless.

It teaches us that justice served is worth every minute spent pursuing it...As long as the truth wins in the end, it is never too late...Untruth and Injustice can have fun for a limited time, but in the end it is the truth that will prevail and last forever!
