Anyways, i think it is Sakshi Khanna. He was arrested at a rave party sometime ago with drugs.

It fits well, since they called Vinod as an actor and Sakshi is 25 yr old.

I dont think its the son of any well known film actor. All of them who are around 25 are prepping for their debuts or relaunches. I dont think they will give it up for this.
