Badrinath Ki Dulhania Is Second Highest Grosser Of 2017

Badrinath Ki Dulhania had a very good third week as it grossed 10.50 crore nett. The film was very steady from Monday and its third week trend is a little better than the second week as it dropped just 61% compared to the 63% in the second week.
The film is also being aided by films not doing well around it which now can take the film to 115 crore nett plus. So far the film has grossed 109 crore nett apprx in three weeks and is the second highest grossing film of the year after Raees at 128.77 crore nett. The business of Badrinath Ki Dulhania till date is as follows.
First Week - 71,77,00,000
Second Week - 26,73,00,000 (-62.76%)
Third Week - 10,50,00,000 apprx (-60.72%)
TOTAL - 1,09,00,00,000 apprx
Badrinath Ki Dulhania can still hang around a few weeks yet as the flow of releases seems weak and the next good release looks from Hollywood with The Fate Of The Furious which opens in mid April.
