now days its difficult to believe such allegations without proofs and i know its not easy for either the victim or the falsely accused to provide proofs . and people take unfair advantage of law.

Maybe you are trolling but I had a similar experience with a pervert boss like him, so I empathise with her. Called me at odd hours alone to his cabin and made vulgar propositions. The only ones he did this with were 2 other fresher girls like me. I didn't have any hard proof- no SMS, no physical marks (someone from HR literally asked me this) nothing. Senior colleagues thought we were making shit up (He's such a great team leader, why are they intentionally ruining his reputation?!). Another lady told me - I've worked here 10 years, he treated me like a daughter, he was joking, you are over-reacting. I complained to HR, realised no one was gonna take action against the boss himself and quit that hell job.
