Giving preferential treatment to the industry kids on the basis of family connections, illustrious surname etc. Like Sara Ali Khan for example, shes been given the blind trust and privilege to get the power to choose her debut film. Outsiders are lucky if they even get an audition.

becoz he is fooling people ever since they werent born. nepotism is nepotism the practice among those with power or influence of favoring relatives or friends, especially by giving them jobs.

SOTY kids are treated like babies born with silver spoon, that too not from real parents. They are shoved so much in public eye that there is no time to even sink in as who has been launched or what are these star kids doing in films.

Varun is exception in three, he is talented, will survive outside dharma banner, delievered a power packed performance in badlapur. Other 2 won't even survive.

You mean YRF the homeground of Mr. Uday Chopra and the playground of Ab jr, Arjun Kapoor and Ranveer Singh. They run after every star kid to be launched. They had one SSR and they were hell bent on destroying his career.
And who the hell has SLB ever launched ?

Will this really work though?

I don't know about others but I don't look at who's an insider or outsider before watching a movie. If the movie looks appealing and the actors look like they can act, I will watch it. I won't boycott a movie because there's an insider in it, and neither will I rush to watch a movie because it has outsiders.

Nepotism is when talentless hacks like Sonam, Ranbir, Varun, Alia, Tushar, Abishek, Athiya Shetty, that guy who killed Jiah Khan, Esha Deol, Bobby Deol, Sunny Deol, Kareena Kapoor, Imran Khan, Karishma Kapoor, Jackky Bhagnani, Tiggerrr Shroff, Soah Ali Khan, Saif Ali Khan, and last but not the least Uday Chopra...
etc get roles after roles and deliver mediocre performances.

Hahaha wait, when kjo promoted Sid more than his star kids? Varun and Alia have 2 episodes in every Kwk season, 2 movies together (he never did a good solo movie with Alia/Sid),Filmfare, covers and +++ promotion than Sid ever.
