I agree with Kanagana on nepotism.

It is true that no tom dick or harry or sally off the street who is a wanna be star even though going to acting school,good looks etc would get a role in a karan johar film to launch their career. Only star kids will. So No!!! Tom Dick Harry and Sally cannot prove their worth because of that and that is the reason many star kids go on to star in many movies because they got to prove their worth because of mummy daddy chacha and chachi movie stars and because they got a good launching pad because of mummy and daddy.

Yes Nepotism definitely exists in Bollywood!!!

Can't blame her for taking advantage of what's in front of her. She's not going to refuse good movies and roles that land in her lap as a way of showing she is against nepotism. 😆

Did it help her get her first movie? Yes. Has she also proved her worth after that? Also yes.

It's an industry issue, blame should probably be placed on those who consider only starkids for their movies.

Remove the bhatt name, in an industry where people are obsessed with looks/fairness... who would have got more movie offers?? Alia or taapse paanu/yami guatam???

Nobody gives a rat's ass about the Bhatt family bro. They are old news. Aashiqui 2 was great yadayadaya they're old news.

It's her association with K.Jo that needs to be under the scanner and she knows it well, hence it wan't mentioned in the interview.

K.Jo got her into Highway, her performance in SOTY did NOT.

She's a fine actress, but lets not pretend.

Its a part of my opinion as well !! Since the topic is abt nepotism i gave the example of katrina as outsider is also getting favouritism despite her lacking talents !

She forgot to mention the part about her Godfather KJO, who holds a lot of influence in the industry and promotes her as the greatest gift to humanity. Her success can not only be attributed to hardwork...who is she kidding?

It's good to see the claws are finally coming out. I always had a hunch that there was a very cunning and calculative side to her behind that "saintly" image of hers.
