Most of the rappers frim Dharavi who worked with him on Gully boy have only good things to say about him. They are not even famous rappers like Divine or Naezy but small time up and coming rappers. Ranveer even casually join instagram lives and comment on the instagram lives/posts of the rappers.

The Dharavi rapper crowd and even other Desi rappers like Raftaar, Badshah, Rajakumari and all seem really seem very happy that a popular star like Ranveer is doing a movie based on the underdogs from Dharavi.
