I think she is good. But I haven't see any range or variation. She basically does the same roles over and over.

I think Anu is very forgettable... She has done so many movies with the top stars (so let's not get the outsider issue here), but in all her movies she is very forgettable... there is not a single screen that comes to my mind when I think abt her... Like Kangy's Datto character or Dips Menamma...
And Anu probably looks for who is her co star and not the script I guess, Look at what Dips did with a role in Tamasha which was rejected by anu... She put her heart in it...
ADHM was strictly meh for me... she is simply a lil above average actress who has been praised for no good reason... she doesn't have much competition... Alia is like way ahead of her in terms of acting and variation...

She was great in BBB and RNBDJ. And she stopped right there with acting, no improvement whatsoever from there. ADHM was okay. I felt like she tried to copy Alia in style and mannerisms, that did not work very well.

Anushka does not experiments much and only cares about the male actor in the movie. As long its a Khan or a Kapoor she can do the same role again and again. She is getting lazy for preparing for tough roles. She has figured an easy way out so she can concentrate on her private life. Its just her priorities have changed.

She is a good actor that is why she has survived till now. When it come to goodlooks, she doesn't have that appeal. And that jawline of hers is distracting.

She plays all her characters with honesty and it shows on screen. I have liked her in all the roles she has played.

She's whatever...nothing special.

She pisses me off offscreen though, comes off as super mean and arrogant.

Cannot relate to her acting and roles and is easily over shadowed. Also no versatility. She plays similar roles which makes it boring. Off putting persona off screen as well. Will be easily forgotten in BW.

Since I saw Pari mentioned, IMO Pari is the one of the best from the new comers. She can act, has a terrific screen presence and I like her off screen as well.
