Farhan Akthar , Asotosh Gowariker, Mahesh Bhatt, Yash Chopra, Ketan Mehta,Mansoor Khan worked with Aamir & SRK

Rakesh Roshan, SLB, KJO, Raj Kanwar, Nikhil Advani, Subhash Ghai, Abbas/Mastan worked with Salman & SRK

Rajkumar Santhoshi, worked with both Salman and Aamir

So I guess no director ever directed all 3 Khans

Aushotosh Gowarikar wanted to complete the Khan trilogy with Salman Khan in Jodha-Akbar, but Salman rejected the movie.
