Its interesting how none of these scathing comments say anything about the father leaving the baby. Its almost as if parenting falls exclusively on the mother. Hmmm

and nothing wrong in going out for a dinner

we don't know what she does rest of the time..not.fair to pass judgements calling her careless mom etc..it is just a dinner

It's not about leaving behind the baby..it's about the mother getting required rest..body goes through a lot of stress and changes during delivery..

Normally in Indian culture mother doesn't go out for the first month unless it's absolutely necessary...so that she gets much needed rest..

I have been through two deliveries and experienced that first fifteen days with the baby r very hectic..with ever changing sleep and feeding patterns..

it takes that much time for babies to adapt..and obviously mom stays awake with them..

So Kareena is a different mom?

what may relax you may stress others

staying home for fifteen days can put many in depression..so if she seeks joy and happiness going out for a dinner..what harm there?

1. She just stepped out for possibly 3-4 hours while the baby was napping, hasn't left without the baby for a month long vacation.

2. Not all mothers breast feed their child due to lack of production of sufficient milk or baby being intolerant to breast milk,hence, there are chances of her child being formula-fed

3. These ppl have multiple ppl to help and take care of them, their kids, their pets, their nails, their hair...etc etc

4. Going out to dinner doesn't necessarily mean eating spicy food. They can easily eat any kind of gluten-free/wild caught/free range/home cooked/vegan food, in today's times.

5. Its a good change for the mom (& possibly, the infant). Read up on post-partum depression.

Saying so..it still makes me wonder, Kareena's last release was in June 2016. The movie with Sonam is under production?? Dunno. Seeing her unusually active in the last month or so...doing what?? Your guess is as good as mine
