For the 1st point we don't know what she actually ate at the restaurant unless you were there ...? And regarding the food you eat to aid the milk production process as long as it's nutritious it's fine.

For the second point you've said it yourself - you are extremely judgemental but why? It isn't a sign of neglect for the mother to have some time for herself. It's actually better as she can give her best to the child that way but if she is depleted herself then she can't give her best.

Why is it OK for society to judge a mother on the way she chooses to raise her kids and nothing is mentioned of the father??

its quiet alright for her to leave for a couple of hrs...

In first month, baby sleeps a lot (around 20 hours a day). It will easily go for sleep for 3 hours after the feed. In spite of knowing, Indian mother will not prefer to leave the child in initial months. May be, it is cultural thing.

But Kareena does not believe in boundaries. May be, she does her job more efficiently (including mother's role), when she is not confined. To each, their own.
