Amitabh will get all the awards no doubt that but Aamir seems to have given the best performance of the yr

Aamir was the best this year I saw. Yes I would hand him over Manoj in Aligarh too.

to think of that roundtable with actors and the performances left out

manoj for aligarh
fawad for kapoor and sons
aamir for dangal

rajeev should save that roundtable until the end of the year...

Aamir.

Amitabh's is that good a performance.I thought he went over the top and was too loud in many scenes. From the movies I have seen, the top three would be:

Aamir in Dangal.
Manoj Bajpayee in Aligarh.
Vicky Kaushal in Raman Raghav 2.0.

Yeah, its not that good of a movie but the performances are great. There is a deleted scene from the theatrical release on YT (best part of the movie for me). Might give a bit away, but check it out if you want to see the movie/get an idea of his performance.
