Yes! I was going to add that but forgot lol. I loved how they showed her life's past and present. ...and like you said, it was used to show how ordinary Neerja really is..she has flaws and is scared too...she's not some superhero...but she's able to find the courage to face fear...be her dad's 'bahadur bachcha''.. I love that scene too! It's absolutely heartbreaking ...Shabana Azmi was also brilliant, but that's also expected lol. The guy who played Neerja's dad was also great...their helplessness was heart-wrenching.

I am yet to watch Dangal and Pink from the Best list and endured BBD from the worst list.

Out of her top 5, the only one i watched is Pink and i really liked it .

Udta Punjab and Kapoor & Sons were average movies

The only strong point about Pink was it's sentiment but the movie was mediocre in terms of acting, direction and technical work

The year was terrible for movies. Perhaps better than 2015 but that's not saying much .
