RR, to jog your memory, some RK fans also write some very very controversial things...targeting other members too... i can never forget the way RK fans bashed Bajirao, just cause RS played that character

Who doesn't write controversial stuffs here?
RK fans will not stay quiet if they keep getting bullied, accused & targeted then RK fans too gonna retaliate by doing the same thing. We're not here to tolerate online bullying.

Yes no one is a saint here, but to accuse entire fandom for one person is wrong. Talk about one-to-one in extremely abusive cases.

Don't label anyone as RK fan just coz he/she is abusive.

Anjs. that was me. I said Bajirao is a tharki and i stand by it. Maybe SLB should have fixed the characterisation so he doesn't come across as a tharki And because RS played & interpreted that char, the fault lies with him, too!

Before, you think that I'm saying this because of RS playing Bajirao, riddle me this:

Bajirao loved Kashibai. Yes? He fell in love with Mastani some time during and after a battle.. He had a child from both his wives. But, how much guilt & remorse came across his face during the time of confession? It was almost like he was doing a favour to Kashibai when he confessed about his love for Mastani. That's how it came across TO ME. What he did isn't justified. Before you retort with "Uss zamaane mein multiple-wives were the norm". Tell me, does that mean that Kashibai felt no pain from his actions? Was she not humiliated by society? Or am i supposed to be like "yeah bitch,we live in 1700s and its ok for a man to have multiple wives! So what if your hubby has found someone else. Walk off your pain and get with the 1700s, you chipku wannabe queen?" Karma doesn't work that way, hun.

Just because societal laws allows Bajirao to have multiple wives, it doesn't mean what he did is NOT WRONG. At-least not for me. There should've been some amount of penance for his actions. But, NO. All Bhansali did was glorify and romanticise a tragic love story by saying "Dharm" came in between "Mohabbat". NO, you white-haired-ageist-bas**** SLB, it was KARMA! (IMO)

Dude, thats exactly my point...what you are seeing is from SLB's POV...but then that character wasnt his original...so while bashing his character, you actually bashed a real life historical character, about whom you dont even know.

That was my point. WE don't know what is actual history. I can say with confident that Kashibai never danced with Mastani on any song, dancing on Lavani is a far-off thing. So by calling real Bajirao a tharki, you are insulting the real character, without even knowing what the truth is.

And my pov, that time, was that you are bashing him only cause RS played him. And i was aghast by the replies and the way i was bullied by yours and some other comments. And I wasnt even defending RS or SLB, that time.

No, I am talking about this thread on RS, where they started bashing Bajirao. Calling him a tharki. Cause he had two wives.

And I was shocked to see that kinda hatred for a historical character. esp from fans whose own favorite is a known casanova (sorry RR, but that is his image in my mind)
