Tough to say as nepotism ka Maharaja KJo was kinda his mentor. But he made lots of BW starkids insecure as seen the behavior of some of their fans on this forum who are always quick to dismiss Fawad as KJo's toyboy. Maybe these people dont understand the concept that people can come up due to their own abilities too. Otherwise we are seeing how crazily KJo is promoting nepotism with people like Amrita's, Sridevi's, Shahid Kapoor's, Ranbir Kapoor's and Sunil's kin in less than a month.

I don't see any reason why KJO favoured Fawad. It's not a case of nepotism too. Fawad deserved much more than playing Sonam's sidekick in khoobsoorat. And KJO genuinely promoted him because he was a brilliant actor.
But the only thing that irks me is selective nationalism. Recently, someone brought in visa immigration on Fawads thread and argued why he shouldn't be called a Bollywood hero. I can figure out how much of a hared would have been sparked during ADHM.

I expected similar breakouts during Dear Zindagi, but sadly no! Ali Zafar had more screen space than Fawad in the film and yet no-one bothered to diss him like they did with Fawad.

So why the double standards?

Matter of TRPs and eyeballs. Ali doesnt evoke a reaction but Fawad does.

Not really!

KJo was fascinated by him and was determined to promote him in the industry! It was there to see for everyone. If anyone from BW is saddened by Fawad's leave, that's KJo.

I think KJO promoting FK so much backfired him. He became much more popular hence became easy target. Ali Jafar has been in the industry for a long time but no one gives a shit about him.

TD - Is this your own title? Its very misleading .

Do you think FK is such a huge star that BW would be afraid of him and conspire to throw him out just to give star kids a chance?

In BW, nothing succeeds like success, so if you can sell a movie ticket, they don't care who you are - Pak, Alien , insider , outsider, gay, straight or anyone. They are very selfish breed. Imran Khan , an insider can be dropped as hot potato and Ranveer singh can command respect from KJO. BW has only one religion - Rising Sun.

Now everyone is busy discussing demonetisation. Some might be busy taking care of black money.
See people need something to discuss/debate on and scream and present themselves as gyani and what not. It is nature of us Indians.
During FK controversy some became patriots now the same people have become economists.

But attack was still an attack and the same lives were lost. So does defaming an actor was a matter of priority too? Free hoon tho bash karoon, ab busy hoon tho nahi kiya. Patriotism is good but why being so selective? Fawad wasn't spared of demonetisation too, there were rumours on his manager and he was being attacked everywhere.

Fawad was banned along with all Pak actors so why not forget him? Now, not talking about other Pak artists makes me feel that nationalism was an excuse only to attack Fawad.
