Mirzya was not as bad as made too. And Harsh was quite decent tbh. But Diljit is clearly the debut of the year, such a strong performance in a movie filled with top notch performance, deserves accolades. Also if it is not just about lead role, than Jim deserves it for his tour de force in Neerja.

Oh come on guys, I think you're being a bit too harsh on poor Harsh!

He was really quite impressive in his debut. Diljit was great in UP too.

For the girls, I think the best debut was Mawra Hocane in Sanam Teri Kasam, but I believe she's a Pakistani so... is the boycott still going on?!

Pooja Hegde will get nominated for Mohenjo Daro.

There's Saiyami Kher also for Mirzya.

Ritika Singh got good reviews for Saala Khadoos too.

The girls in Dangal have acted before, I'm sure I saw on IMDB..

I think some awards take December releases in next year and some count them in current year. Its always confusing.

Filmfae will definitely count Dangal in 2016 awards, Star may not coz its held in December, before the release

From what I gathered from songs, trailers and dailouges promos, all the four girls(plus Aamir and Sakshi) are looking incredible and if they carry on the good work in the movie too, nobody can stop them from getting all the accolades of the year.

I liked it. Harsh was good for a newcomer. And Saiyam was equall good. But, UP was another level of amazing. All 4 of them especially Diljit!

Star screen awards user to be held in Jan usually.. specifically Jan 25.. why December this time?
