He doesnt have to come forward all the time...whenever its he always stood and did work beyond expectation. Sarey tax chor dp walay ko abb problem ho rahi hai ki why he hasnt spoken wah sahi hai...

People used to claim that the so-called actor's crimes will be forgiven by giving charity and now are talking about Akshay having black money. There are so many people who have black money and if Akshay has black money, he can get deduction in tax for his charity work and deposit the remaining. Atleast he did not do charity work to cover up his crimes.
