Since we're talking RK-DP ship, their relationship did both of their careers a whole lot good. Many of my school friends were shipping them so hard much to my annoyance. 😆 Their IVs, magazine covers, events did attract much more attention because they were this young, hot, new item in town and both were just 2 films old! The exposure they got was huge. When they broke up, the shippers became either RK fans or DP fans and a few are still shippers deep down. I have seen a lot less RanKat shippers and there are many more SalKal shippers out there! 😆

Agree..success is everything-we all want the best for our stars.It keeps changing with time.

A couple of years back,there were hardly any Rankat fans who didn't flirt with the idea of "Hrithina"..Today I don't see HR in any Kat fan's list..

Had RK lived up to his potential and continued to win admiration in his career..things would have been different.At the very least ,in the hope of bagging a big film.Today he needs heroines desperately.He was lucky to get Anu in his last film.All his previous hits without exception have been with top actresses.How will he manage from here.(Waiting to see the cast of Dutt biopic.)

Today the interest is simply not there..
