I don't think Kat cheated. Do you really think Bhai would have been so close and friendly with Kat had she cheated? Kat still gets invited to all Salman's house parties and she's very very close to Arpita. Kat got invited for Arpita's wedding when she was living in with Bir. I think they seperated mutually and then Kat fooled around with Bira. Even now Bhai goes all out to promote her films, and has roped her in a sure shot BB when she's had back to back flops. He definitely does care for her.
