Where were these 'patriots' when Fawad did Khoobsurat and Kapoor & Sons?Where were these 'patriots' when Fawad won the Filmfare award last year?At that time I didn't see any hue and cry over him.

came true..had kjo nt continued his love for death scenes this

yet ranbir n anu's freshness n chemistry did nt make it look stale..😳

The controversy could/ would have worked against the film if it was genuine and had base to it ( like in dilwale's case ) but here after the initial outrage it looked very forced since the GOI said it wasnt against the artists etc and nor were all ties broken with Pak so the message was pretty clear there!

Also certain media sections led patriotism certification reached a point where it was being abused to suit purposes and lost its genuiness if it had any to begin with.

Finally, People at large are not foolish and see through the media pretty well these days and as for social media its still not relevant enough to impact billions out there specially in India !

What I find funny is that people were hating so much on Fawad being in the film, and the general sentiment about not having Pakistani actors anymore and what not but somehow Imran Abbas seems to have escaped unscathed 😆.

I hope this pathetic drama of constantly targeting the whole nation for this awful film comes to an end soon...paka diya ab...and it is very insulting for the people who are in some way affected by the attacks

I highly doubt they chopped anything. I saw the film and Ali was there when needed. I think that was a rumor so that film would be releaaed.

What's your issue with dastan though? It's a show fron Pakistan's view point for their audience. If one can watch it for pure entertainment keeping that in mind...it's not a big deal.

Even imran was there man. Why not "kill" his career? Fawad ne tumhara kya bigada hai specifically?
