I have actually started feeling bad for Karan and the stars involved with the movie now. It's such a bad timing with uri attack and the hatred intensifying following that 😔

I remember the attention paid to jeans in Qubool hai.. I was literally rolling my eyes at that.. The show was so stereotypical.. One of the mjaor reasons I stopped watching it, apart from KSG of course😆 (The character I mean, not the actor)😆

that show was ridiculous. They always show muslims as stereotypical. QH started of well by showing a different side..but then ended up showing stupid reactions to everything she did..

One thing abt Pak shows is that they dont throw or show religion and religious beliefs on the face every few mins. They stick to the issue/story.

I think its a wise move.
Thankfully for the movie, the details about characters weren't officially announced so it isn't really a change.
It will not effect Pakistan but will help the movie's business in the current scenario. Hope Pakistani viewers will understand it.

Lahore has Punjabi culture which is VERY different to Lucknow. They must be more similar to chandigarh etc and indian punjab.

But yes jump from lahore to lucknow is quite shocking lol.

Yes i know a few pakistani people here in UK and the ones from karachi are a lot like us north-indian and urdu speaking . The ones from Lahore are punjabi and sometimes i don't even understand what they are saying 😳
