Yup I agree completely, Anushka seems like a strong lead with various emotions whereas Aishwarya just looks like a horny cougar. So far Anushka Definetly seems to have more depth.

In fact, I thought the opposite. Ayazeh is the standard Hindi film heroine but Saba is more complex- someone who has probably been treated as an acquisition because of her beauty. Maybe she craves for true love because she has never gotten it in her life. I think Saba can be a painful, beautiful character if KJo allows her to be. However, that kind of complexity is not really expected of him.

neither from the actress essaying the role IMO!

this role needed a Vidya Balan to essay the complex emotions well

having said that- this is just the trailer so i will wait for the movie before passing a feedback

the role is edgy no doubt but it only depends how well kjo and aish brought the emotions on screen

Me...and I'm not surprised...anushka acts so well...n in a movie, that is what they r supposed to do n that is what that matters in the end n hence eyes were on her rather than aish

To be totally blunt and superfluous, if I am to believe a guy like Ranbir would fall for an older woman it had to be someone with the elegance and beauty of Ash. Vidya just does not have the look to fit into that role for me though I do agree she has the acting chops. So what would you choose ? I am a visual person so I buy Ash and Ranbir. YMMV.

I like Ranbir in parts, Anu in parts. But no one really stands out.

No doubt she looked absolutely stunning but then again other than a few dialogues most of the things seemed repetitive.For me Saba got in freshness, though its yet to been how well kjo has developed the character 🤔
