Didnt like Waar. It was over rated. I liked Khuda Ke Liye, Mai hoon shahid afridi, karachi se lahore tak was ok. Bin Roye and Na maloom afraad nahi dekha. Saba Qamar ka hot item song tha wo dekha sirf.

The said movies were banned because they revolved around the love story.. Love story was the crux and thus banning was obvious.. PK mein LS was not the core concept and hence it was not banned

as for watching it, I never intended to watch ADHM anyway😆

I thought highlighting the religious angle was the main problem!! Anyway lets see what happens...

Are you from India? If so then you are expected not to like Waar.. I saw in Manchester in the 3rd week of its release with the packed house and everyone got so overwhelmed there was silence, there was respect and then standing ovation followed!!

@yamyam - Wait, so it will be instant ban if Saba is a muslim from Pakistan? Or it will banned even if Saba is a UK muslim citizen (she could be UK born as she's holding UK passport) ?

I saw it on the net. The story didnt seem to be stitched well to me there were parts that felt like werent relevant. It was difficult to follow. But when it comes to acting that guy did well.

It was based on a series of true incidents!! Thats why I am saying Pakistani people relates and trust that version... Also it was very well shot with some of its exceptional camera angles which was not seen in Khuda ke liye or earlier Pakistani movie.. The satires less but powerful dialogues were a plus!! It was not a jhintak movie and presented with respect.. ISI has paid for that movie and provided Army equipments to the director!!
