What the f**k even is "JUST grabbing a woman"? Plus, you can be as openly sexual as you want, it does NOT justify someone forcing themselves on you. Hell, you can even initiate sex and ask the person to stop midway if you no longer want to continue having sex with them. If they continue to have sex with you even after you've vocalized that you would like for them to stop, that IS rape. How difficult is this to understand?

Ladies and gents, if someone is threatening to infringe or infringing upon your bodily rights and causing the apprehension of death or of grievous hurt (IPC Section 99) - as in say, they are trying to rape you - you have the absolute right to defend your body (IPC Section 97) by using force, up to and including lethal force (IPC Section 100). Under IPC Section 96, using lethal force or grievously injuring your assailant is not an offense and therefore, NOT a criminal act. So, the movie isn't justifying a criminal act. It is your legal right to be able to protect yourself and your body.

I hate how when movies like Pink are released, people come out of the woodwork to yell "but what about the men?!?!?!?!". Stop redirecting a discussion about rape culture and women's rights to instead be about men and what they put up with. It is a bad-faith argument and a shitty derailing tactic.

Anyways we are so blinded by women empowerment thaat we cnt see reality and its fine 😊 evrryone has his own Pov

It implies nothing. When we put all these ideas fwd - short clothes, talking to strangers, boozing etc and ask what do you expect to happen, what we are indirectly saying is that Men are not capable of decency.

there was a rape case recently, the girl got drunk alot, danced with a guy and then passed out. When she woke up she found out he raped her. Now lot of people will blame her. And she did say in her statement that she shouldn't have , but does that excuse what he did ? When he saw her drunk and passed out, all he had to do was nothing. NOTHING. He just had to walk away.

So maybe it is stupid to walk into a room with strangers but it is not criminal. The one who assaults or rapes is a criminal and needs to be punished.

Nothing new in fact I just could not understand what point this person is trying to make. I just can't rap my mind around the fact he thinks that grabbing a woman without her permission is okay I mean What the.
There is a Pakistani show Udaari that is airing currently about child abuse a girl and some wanted the channel not to air that show because they thought it was not right . That girl decided to go against her step father and the reality they show how these girls are treated is horrible. These court case make these girls relive the nightmare all over again. The evidence they have is so thin. Let see how they will end the show.

Does it imply anything for the guys? Then why should it imply something for the girls😕There's no justification for rape or molestation. She says no yet u proceed ,u r a criminal, bat khatam. Her clothes, drunk state, sexual history ,ghar late se ana mean nothing. Now we can't even expect basic decency from boys🥱
When u hit someone for self defense its no crime. What do u think a girl who is getting molested would do?Ofcourse she'll try to escape by any means.U maybe have no idea what a trauma that is all that goes in ur mind I've to do something have to escape have to push him away before it gets too late. That fear that helplessness, anyone will hit with anything near their hands, like when u drowning u try to float grabbing anything. And anyway people like Rajbir deserve that🤢

And articles like this are the reason why movies like PINK need to be made again and again.

The writer of this article is a misogynist with a nearly criminal mindset. The kind of guy who would justify rape. 🤢

Not much to say about him.

Sorry author, but we will drag the people of this country into the Age of Equality, whether you want it or not.

Honestly, I'm shocked at your comment.

According to what you are saying, men are the most untrustworthy people, 'cause I can not even trust a classmate from school and go into his room. 😲 Since so many men rape their friends, I can't even trust my male friends, right? Sad state of affairs.

Also, does going into a room automatically imply consent? How is this different from what Rajvir and his friends believe about women?

And this is where exactly the film attacks. CONSENT is the biggest C word. Chatting, smiling, touching(without wrong intentions), having food and drinks, cracking non-veg jokes all this are as much a part of having fun for girls as for boys. If a guy cracks a non-veg joke does it make him a potential rapist? Then why cracking a non-veg joke makes a girl a potential s**t? This is what the movie wants to explain. But some people never understand.
