If Tina was alive, he would have continued to live believing he loved Tina because he would not have had any reason to think otherwise.. He would have continued to reagrd Anjali as a friend, not once thinking k what he feels for her is beyond friendship

As for why he chose Tina, because Anjali was his buddy.. He viewed her as a friend, the same way Anjali viewed him as a friend only till Tina came along and she experienced the pangs of jealousy.. Even Anjali needed a jolt to realize that she loved Rahul so why would Rahul be any different? they were best friends for a long time and they did not think their relationship was anything beyond that till they were forced to think about it

So the moment Tina died, he remembered his love for Anjali? Then why did he wait for 8 years? up until the time he saw her in a sari?

I have to agree. There wasn't really a moment where vanraj's moment of love was conveyed.

In woh saat din there were many instances which justified the bond and the ending looked apt not in HDDC. BM was total nutcase all together 😆
