You seem wrong here
90% Mans attracts to the skin showing specially gori chitti forigners wearing Shorts can catch the eye balls easiliy.
Full Covered hoke bhi curiosity toh rhni wali hai lekin thodi toh kamm hogi nah mere bhai.
No one is gonna force them to wear full covered its their damn choice at the end.

DDLJ has a scene in which Kajol's bra pops out of her luggage & Srk picks it up & gives it back 2 her...

Many scenes & Songs are their... all of sudden CBFC is pumping HYPE to those films which are doubtfull of getting success on their own...

Even these films miling this opputunity.
