I agree with TM!
IMO she lacks the beauty, oomph and sex appeal big time. She has a very ordinary looking face(looks like a total different person without makeup) and upar se her squeaky voice really bugs me 🥱 And her horrible personality also plays a big part, she comes across as a major superficial b... with a big mouth. All bark and no bite

As a matter of fact, my friends and family found her completely stiff and lifeless in Neerja...In fact, they were more impressed by Shabana's moving portrayal of the grieving mother and her final monologue reduced them to tears.

She is not a great actress but not as bad as people make her to be.

I find her better than Deepika and Katrina.

I think she should have pursued her career as a model and she would have become a supermodel and supremely successful!

she is pretty.she lacks luck n lacks acting offscreen it seems n comes across silly n lacks planning her long term bolly career it seems..etc..nowadays who is acting n where are actors who can act r good actors lol

Sonam reminds me of those mean girls from high school... woh jo will be nice to her clicks but super bitchy and mean to others. tabi her personality is off putting even in interviews.. pehle pehle during sawaariya days she was cute bubbly type.. after few movies she came to her real personality, which isn't likeable.
