Sleep paralysis is really bad. I once had the worst dream. I was sleeping and then I woke up but I couldnt move my hands or legs. There was a girl who was sitting on top of my chest with all her weight and it was compressing my ribs. I couldnt breath properly. I dont remember her face but she had long hair. I tried to push her off but my hands and legs werent moving. It was lucid and scary as shit. I also couldnt scream I was feeling mute.

i feel for u i have them very often scary faces,either on top of u,or creeping at the corner of the roomand u can't move a limb.That helplessness fear u feel chocked
