Sleeping helps you strengthen your memory.
So before exam it's better to have some sleep.


Some people can rapidly go into REM mode. It doesnt take them many hours. REM sleep even for short duration can give you a restful feeling.

I am definitely taking tips from u😆 I have put on too much after coming back home and getting all ghar ka khanna after ages😭 Awards toh sirf pari ke hi nasib mei hai.. hum jaison ko kuch nhi milta😭

@ Boss, well okay. If you are fine with not sleeping then what can we do! 😆
But it's important for your body to function properly. Some hormones are released only when one sleeps. The in house doctor can explain better I sm sure! 😆

but rarely u get sleep before exam,all the piiled up notes and neverending syllabus,nightstudy is only way

Another reason I am scared of sleeping is that I get freaky dreams. Too close to reality which totally freaks me out!
And they are always about something that I dont want to happen in my life.
