Just Bollywood critic said: "Dishoom is a typical entertainer film, which has all the masala one can aspire to see in a B Town film. The film however lacks behind in terms of dexterity and professionalism, which was expected in a bigger way in this film to make it par with other competitive ways."

I did the promotion everywhere. .. By boring everyone to death. whatever be the result, I enjoyed a lot I think so did the team. Hoping for best for them to culminate the hardworking into BO success

Just saw the movie .I would say its a decent one time watch.The story is actually very interesting but somehow the execution could have been much better ..However when compared to Desi Boyz Rohit shows marked improvement ..

The first half of the film was a joyride .Actually I was surprised how entertaining the film was .The treatment is light throughout with Varun stealing the show with his fantastic comic timing .He is in Main Tera Hero mode yet again and does really well.One particular scene stands out when Viraj meets Akshay Khanna for the second time with different voice .The tension is built really well in that scene .

The film however suffers from several problems .The subject matter has been treated so amateurishly .The film feels like a joke on several occasions .Comic scenes have been forced even when not needed .The editing too is bad with vital links missing.How did Varun-John manage to escape from the cave was a total mystery ?

Also for a film that is titled Dhishoom ,there are hardly any action scenes except for one chase scene.

Varun Dhawan has been given the meatier part .His goofy antics are a treat to watch .His expressions when Satish Kaushik calls him time and again are priceless..

John looks stylish and does well.Jackie is a pure eye candy .Parineeti looked ravishing in the cameo.

Akshay Khanna is very good .Nice to see him after a long time.Akshay kumar brings the house down with his cameo.

Overall an entertaining film that can be given a watch if you have nothing else to do ..

Dishoom Budget, Screen Count, Economics

Dishoom Budget, Screen Count, Economics: The action adventure film is releasing this Friday. The film also stars Varun Dhawan, John Abraham and Jacqueline Fernandez in the lead roles.

Dishoom Budget:

Dishoom budget is approximately 62 crore including production cost and P&A. The film has been shot and promoted on a big scale. Nadiadwala Grandsons Entertainment has invested a heavy amount of money if we consider the star cast.

Dishoom Screen Count:

The film will be releasing in around 2800 screens in India. It is an ideal screen count for such a film. The producers numbers for budget and screens will be updated later.

Dishoom Economics:

It has recovered a good amount from pre-release business including Satellite and music rights. But as the budget is high the final verdict will rely on theatrical business.

• Hit: 80 Cr

• Super Hit: 105 Cr

Expectations:

Dishoom has average promos and music. The pre-release buzz and hype is just about normal. Varun enjoys a good following among youth and the genre is also hot in trade. So Dishoom is gonna take a double-digit opening.
