Might as well call everyone acquitted a criminal then na...btw the verdict on Modi was announced when UPA was in power and after what current evidence shows, clear attempts were being made by the Congress party to frame Modi in several cases.

Anyways, you nor I would understand the difficulty that a govt official faces, even at the level of a District Collector when his distt is swamped by a rioting mob, much less what the CM of a state faces. So atleast give the man some benefit of the doubt before calling him out as a criminal, as if your know how of the case and the facts is much more than the judiciary which passed the judgment.

For starters, the apology would indicate he didn't intentionally mean to demean the agony of a rape victim. He is HUMAN and has sensitivity. Not apologizing proves the contrary.

Salman Khan it seems is damn sure that his fans will watch Sultan , no matter what, irrespective of what he says or does. This gives him the shamelessness to exhibit wrongful conduct.

I disagree, saying apology doesn't mean he is acknowledging his 'mistake' especially were he to repeat the same thing (disrespecting women/people) .. a genuine apology would be a change in attitude and thinking ... One should aim for that rather than expect a word that has no meaning for him..
