Both are good, and I do like Arijit's voice. But isn't Javed Ali the same singer who sang "Kheno Jasnay Bahara hain"??? Damn that song was beauty and better than anything Arijit ever sang. And that includes Phir Le Aaya from Barfi, which IMO is Arijit's best song.

I prefer Arijit's raspier tone, its just more exciting.

But Javed Ali is a fantastic singer, excruciatingly melodic

How many songs has Javed sung? Does he even have a musical collection?

Arijit has a whole cache of songs to judge him by...so its Arijit for me!

I love Arijit's voice and most of his songs.

Where has Javed dissappeared?
My vote is for Javed coz he can sing romantic and sufi songs with ease and his voice suits all heros.

javed ,i love arijith but these days he is sounding a bit monotonus may be because most of the songs are sung by him ,javed voice is just amazing though
