I watched the film the second time today, liked it much more this time and was able to understand it better. All my friends too loved the film.
I liked it more than Neerja. I would recommend everyone to check this film out atleast once. 100% worth the watch and very moving.

My opinion on the performances changed a bit. Some shrill moments aside(problem with her voice and dubbing) Aishwarya was simply brilliant overall. She has really grown into a very good actress, just needs to work on her voice more. I saw videos of original Dalbir, she is also very loud and shrill. But it should have been toned down in the film.
The dead child scene is one of the most well performed scenes of recent times, gives me chills. She was par excellence in the jail scenes too. I think I am really becoming a fan of her's now. lol

Then Randeep is amazing, he has totally owned the character and came out with flyign colors.. And Richa is outstanding, one of the best actresses of the country.

I have watched the film thrice by now, Ash is just superb in it. The film has its issues(just like Neerja etc did too) but overall a very moving and powerful biopic. I think it is one of the best biopics in India, def. better than the likes of MK, BMB etc

Glad the audience is loving it. On Bookmyshow it is one of the highest rated films this year with 82% rating with 15000 votes. Wow! On Imdb it is 8/10.

Btw how nice were the pictures of the Sarbjit family they showed during the end credits? I and most of the audience sat there till it completely finished.

Every song from the film sounds same to me .Would have been much better had this been a song less film ..
