People in BW do engage in such behavior. Salman has done that to VO. I truly believe that (it's another matter of discussion that I found it right that time, and even now). So not going to what he did to VO and why.

This is about a boy half his age, whom he texted saying he was okay 2/3 yrs back. Even then if someone keeps bugging you all the time, I really think it's nonsense and whiny. I dont know about you, but I definitely can't tolerate such sissyish people ever 🥱 If Salman wanted to ruin AS, he would have done that last year. Did he ? Anyways, it makes no sense to me that after saying he was okay (which AS himself said) and not disturbing for 2 long yrs, he would turn so vindictive to do such planning plotting. Salman had 2 more movies in between. He could have done that earlier when wound (if any) was fresh ..

The whole decision seems to be from Business POV and nothing personal ! I dont know how a grown up guy can cry so much for nothing ! 😕

Heisenberg - Arijit has been siniging for Salman's proteges like Amal Malik, Sajid Wajid etc...If Salman was so petty, no one from his circle will dare to make Arijit sing ...

Entirely plausible for someone as petty as Salman, the guy does not forget, he holds grudges, even when he's the one at fault.

Singers for film are decided earlier, it isn't left on music directors. If this was case, any music director can become creative & can get any singer he wants for film, which isn't scenario now. Vishal-shekhar must have informed adi & salman if they would have recorded the song as per arijit.

Sonu nigam is bigger singer than arijit, more experienced, even he didn't created this kind of blunder when his songs from kick film was removed coz he was having tussle with tseries.
