I think Ileana only shines when the director extracts good performance out of her. She was hamming so bad in MTH. Yikes!! She is pretty though (although I always felt she was fair).

Tamannah is white but very average looking IMO. She is a carbon copy of Shreya Ghoshal.

JJ: Ah just watched her in Barfii & thought she's really good. Lol no she's almond hued, which is not fair. Fair is Ash & Jacqueline, milk-fair = ARH, Dia Mirza, Shraddha Kapoor. Ileana is beautiful which is what matters.

South movies are obsessed with light skin though even more than the rest of India!!!
