He seems pissed that he's not winning awards. His role in Piku definitely was lesser than DP's and Big B's...the movie was more about father and daughter than him

Of course, he had a supporting role in the movie. And just because we say AB Jr didn't deserve all those awards, doesn't mean he deserves them either. He had nice chemistry with Deepika and a well written role but it was a small one.

What's wrong with having a supporting role?

And nothing wrong if Kangana wants a 'hero's role. Would he have the same issue with a Salman or Hrithik only wanting a hero's role? If not, then why the taunt against Kangana?

Irfan was a supporting role in Piku. It is like saying Nawaz was lead in BB.

irfan was the lead along with bigb and deepika but somehow its made to look like he was supporting. he had as much screen time as the other two and actually was the hero of the film.

Irfan's role in the final movie came out as supporting but maybe that was not the brief given to him originally which may explain his bitterness.

hello mr Irrfan Khan why cant a woman expect a hero and meatier role bhaijaan...baap ka raaj hai kya...if producers /directors find it profitable and worth it then why not...keep crying...

dont force me to form a different opinion of yours...I have loved almost all your movies till date...you are treading on the lines of being an MCP...let girls also get a chance to be FCP just to level it out 😃
