Either. It's BUT OBVS that FK would steal the show from trio, but Sid M isn't a bad actor. And in SOTY I did feel he was better than the other 2. Alias is very good but she's over-hyped & don't even get me started on PC Jr & Anushka. 😆 My comment was intended for those people too.

very nice family drama.makes u laugh makes u cry .director deserves the credit here .all the three actors are equally good .rishi kapoor was very cute as daadu the real scene stealer he is . Ratna pathak shah was tterrific.

I just watched the movie.

Overall the movie is very well made. Every character has done a good job. I especially loved Fawad, Rishi and Ratna. The script is tight and the movie is well edited. However, few things I noticed during/after the movie.

I know we have discussed here in length about the twist. This could be a career suicide on fawad's part. There were giggles/laughters in the theater at fawad's character after his secret is revealed. I watched this movie in America and I thought the audience would be open minded but today I was very disappointed. People were making a mockery out of the issue.

The theater was jam packed when I watched the movie at 8pm. There were a lot of Pakistanis. Fawad also got claps during his entry in the movie. As I left the theater I heard two sets of comments. One comment was "yeh kya movie pick ki fawad ne" The other comment was "he will take over all these fruity heroes."

I don't know what to say. I don't think his role will be appreciated in Pakistan. Of course exceptions will be there but majority of people will not appreciate Fawad's role. While I applaud him for taking this role and he has done an exceptional job, I am also afraid for his career. If he would have taken this role after he became an established actor in Bollywood there would be no problem. Right now he is still new to take a role like this. This role was rejected by many people as mentioned in the filmfare cover story. Now I understand why they rejected it.

I don't know about Fawad's career in bollywood but I know for sure he will receive lots of backlash back home. I am praying everything goes well for him. One thing I fail to understand is that he kept saying his core audience would be uncomfortable with a kissing scene. What he doesn't understand is that they would probably forget a kissing scene easily but not this role.

I don't want to sound negative but I am being realistic about the whole thing. Just think about this why isn't any A lister in bollywood willing to take on a role like this. I hope everything works out in fawad's favor.

First of all we don know that he is gay till more than half of the movie then he is never shown with his boyfriend so it doesn't actually matter cause we don't have to see any gayish scenes . I don't understand why people have such narrow views . And why is Fawad to be blamed to take this role . He rocked in it . I started liking him more after the movie and the gay thing . Why does it even matter ? The story is not based in it ! And there are no boys to boys scenes also instead there is Fawad and Alia kiss 😆 . Ps the actor has played a role . A movie , an imaginary character . :) so I hope everything will turn alright .

being a Pakistani I say that we are that backward that we don't accept the role played by fawad, the subject is not homosexuality. There are some ppl who didn't like Jpna/wrong number type movies here in Pak who were all about dirty filthy jokes, booze & item song and girls.Infact,fawad character is so layered and serious. those who like serious cinema will like it.

Watched the film and Loved it.
Everyone were good in their role. Rishi was cute and funny. Sid and Fawad were really really good and a treat to the eyes. Alia was the usual.

My favourite scenes *SPOILER ALERT*
I loved the scene when Fawad finds out about his dad. His expressions ❤️ and the scene where he speaks with his mom. Brilliant!

Sid & Rishi too had their moments. Overall it's a good feel good movie. Executed well.

One thing that enraged me was audiences reaction. Laughing at the wrong scenes that aren't even remotely funny. I hope that changes sooner and LGBT community are respected equally in our society.
