I absolutely agree!!! I've been saying this since a few years now. Sonakshi is a classic Indian beauty & an under-rated actress. Of the younger lot, she's clearly the best actress with the ability to be versatile in her movie &'role choices, and ability to do extremely well in those roles. Paakhi is the crown on this beautiful lady's head. Hope she gets more such well-etched roles to showcase her talent!


Beautiful features, very pleasing, lovely voice & those gorgeous, gorgeous expressive eyes!! Sona has got the most beautiful peepers in BW along with Ash, DP, Yaami, Kareena... The shape of her eyes is different & beautiful.

@bold- I think her choice of films has kind of pushed her into a corner. She stuck to masala films that she thought would do well at the box office, but in that bargain, she hasn't really carved a place for herself in the audience's heart.

On top of that, she is not considered 'hot' by the general population, unlike say, a Katrina. I actually find it sad that people call her 'fat aunty' and say stuff like 'lag raha hai 4 bachcho ki amma naach rahi hai'. By today's standards, even Madhuri would be considered fat. 🥱 It's funny that Sonakshi actually has the kind of body that would have been praised in the 90s and before that, but the gold standard today is quite harsh.

@C: Ya totally. I don't understand why she picks the movies she does because they do no justice to her talent. They only allow her talent to be undermined further.

Hope she picks herself up & chooses movies that shows us her talent.


Also, she's lost lot of weight. If she's fit, that's what matters. She has more talent than all the Skinny Sitas anyway.

She is very beautiful especially when I see her in traditional attire, she just looks like the yesteryear actresses. Her eyes are beautiful but in general like when she started out and how now she's lost weight she looks beautiful anyway. She looked so amazing in Lootera with minimal makeup she does resemble Reena but she does look like her mum. I find her a good actress and I rate her as a dancer as well, would love to see her in a mujra she'd do amazing!
