Also neerja deserves all accolades she is getting. No one had said it was just neerja who saved all the people had it been so the crew members would not have been getting a permenant employee status of Panam. Neerja is applauded for her courage and presence of mind. Had she not alerted the pilots abt hijack the plane would have been off to the place where the terrorists had planned and there's no garuntee the ppl would be safe.
Secondly had she not taken courage and opened the door all the passengers would have been dead. Its not just movie but many survivors have applauded neerja for the same

Sour grapes..I was kinda expecting it esp after airlift..where were these people when 3 govts awarded her ? Do they mean that the passengers were lying about the bravery of bhanot?its v sad actually. .
