If it was about Bombay Velvet, I'd have still agreed that his music was below par... but Shaandar's Gulabo and Fitoor had only music as the best thing in them. His music is different and ever green.. songs from Queen proves it. ❤️

Are you serious? He's the only Indian music director I like. Love his work in Aamir, Lootera, English Vinglish and Dev.D. Those are my favorites. Not even fond of AR Rehman anymore (after Delhi 6).

He is a great composer. I loved the music of Queen, WUS (Iktara ❤️), Kai Po Che, Ishaqzaade (Pareshan ⭐️), Aisha, Lootera (Sawaar Loon 😳) and English Vinglish (such an underrated album).

How can a music director now be blamed for movies not performing as they were expected to! He's one of the best music directors out there. Some of the movies listed there might not have worked but quite a few tracks from it still did! Besides you can't expect the guy to give music that isn't in sync with the script, with what the movie demands. BV's music had that old era feel to it as the movie demanded that. I mean if he's such bad luck then what about all the other movies that have worked at the BO that had his music...lol!

Manmarziyan from Lootera, Iktara for Wake Up Sid, Meethi Boliyan & Manjha are still some of my personal top picks from my playlist...

Might as well give up on hearing bollywood music then.
