i dont think celebs shud give too much attention to a troll or hater, this is wat the haters want, they want these celebs to notice them

one witty reply is gud, like how srk replies to some haters, but the more they reply to someone the more other haters will also try to get thier attention in the same way

Exactly and thats what Varun and Sona should have done.. Not saying they should be "mahaan" and behave sanely, but if its for their own good and others as well, then why not go the "mahaan" way.. Now u see people bashing the girl, Varun has already lost some fans' and majority of non fans' respect..
