Amongst women. it's DP who has the best script sense!
She chose content and massy films simultaneosly and made sure she does NOT get overshadowed in the big Khan starrers too.

Amongst guys, obviously Amir.

I don't agree that Ranbir has good script sense. I may have thought that two years ago, but now? :/ I think Salman, for sure. He knows what he can do and he seems to know what will connect to the audience.

Deepika seems to have the best script sense of the actresses these days.

Priyanka did any movie and every movie for a long time because she's didn't have the luxury of being able to pick and choose. She did it for the money and being an outsider you never know how long you'll last. Thankfully some of the roles that came to her were really good and she performed well. Last couple years she's been making better choices because she can.

So it really depends on what they're offered. Obviously people getting better roles will be considered to have a better script sense.

Talash was a great movie...just because it underperformed doesn't make it a bad movie...It is one of Aamir's best performances...and Dhoom 3 Aamir had done to stay in the game...

Aamir is the best. Barring D3, I can't recall a poor movie that he has done in a long time.

Irfan is great too. Post 2011 he has done Paan Singh Tomar, Life of Pi, Piku, Talvar, Qissa, D-Day, The Lunchbox, JW. Now, that is a list.
