I think you hit the nail right on the head, I don't trust Eros with Shahrukh either. Let's hope Fan has the kind of release that Shahrukh hopes for and hope the response at not just the BO but with the critics too is awesome. It's such a special movie for him and I want it do well in every aspect.
As for Shahrukh and Kajol doing another movie together that'll have a more mature love story, I'm all for it. I think Dilwale actually gave one a glimpse as to how good they're at playing angst. If I'm not wrong Karan wanted to cast Kajol in Rani's role in KANK but she refused to do it as she didn't agree with the storyline. I'm a huge Rani and Shahrukh fan as well so even I thought I didn't care for the movie, I liked their chemistry in it. As for RS not doing a good job with them, I feel he really his best. He's not Karan Johar neither is he Aditya Chopra. Love stories aren't his strong point but I enjoyed whatever screentime Shahrukh and Kajol shared in Dilwale!
