Since he promised her marriage, she got pregnant, he forced her to abort the baby, then he didnt fulfil his promise of marrying her, was abusive to her while she was suffering post abortion depression, all this can add up to abetment and pushing her to suicide and that is the case CBI is building against him.

There are prior cases like this in India where the guy has been indicted on charges of false promises of marriage made to exploit the girl and later on inciting her to commit suicide. Watched some real cases like this on Crime Patrol.

These texts remains me alot of an event that happened in my home recently between my brother & his wife. The messages are so similar too 😆

Abusive? 😆 Most people throw F-bombs around while texting when they're mad. Nobody I F-bombed died from it.🤪I am finding all this a mere witch hunt the more I read about it. All of the articles on this issue that are coming out are very sensationalized. I'm sure Sooraj was an asshole BF. But equating that to abetting suicide is a far cry.

It's a weekly ritual with me... I kinda take the blame for initiating tho 😆 and I would say, much worse. but lots of love happens after, so all good :P 😆

Really?? These are abusive msgs??

I don't see anything abusive here... the only thing he actually said about her personally is "ungrateful" rest were perfect for fighting couple.

He used the f word way too much but he wasn't saying f you or something along those lines.

I have been told worse and I have said worse myself.

And neither i was in an abusive relationship nor i abused anyone.

People talk shit when they are upset.

Something else must be bothering her a lot.

I don't think these msgs drove her to take such drastic step.

R.I.P Jiah.

I agree with the mother part.

I have no respect for her mother...she didnt seem to care when her daughter was alive.

I heard she wasnt a good mother to Jiah while growning up.

And now she's all out and out to just blaming someone for the tragedy that had happened.

We tend to just sympathize with the victim and take their side often.

But being a scumbag doesn't equalized to killing someone.

Jiah was really distrusted you can tell, but she had no one to help her.

And her mother shld at least blame herself for not being there for child.

Im not blmaing her for the tragedy.

I have said worse things to my bf and we are still together.

I don't find these abusive... though he must have been a very bad boyfriend but other than that we don't know what Jiah did that made him react that way.
