CBI was investigating the case in the meantime, they discovered these new facts by interrogating 11 witnesses, including doctors, Jiah's maid, building guard and by examining phone call records, text messages between Jiah and Sooraj. It takes time to collect all this evidence.

Her mother rabia why she abandoned her in first place 😔 why she gone to party at anju's home. Chalo maan liya he's douche but why you then leaving your daughter on that douche. This is really un understandable. Nafisa can't come back s😔but her mother is at fault too. Depressed person should not be leave like this.

I don't find it that abusive. These things happened in many break up & relationships. Not defending this guy I HATE him but these text seems like something any couple in a bad relationship would go through.

They're more to the story than this too.

Well he seems to have not been interested in her but she got serious. If a guy is not treating a girl well, then the girls usually would breakup with the guy. Here it looks like the girl was still trying to make it work. That can be a lot of stress to handle. Her mother should have helped Jiah understand the better way to live and love and be loved. Sooraj seems like a bad guy but I don't think legally he can be held accountable for her suicide.
