And this is not focused on Deepika, it's about the hypocrisy of those commenting. I have a twitter, it's a political twitter, i tweet mainly about politics and world issues. But do I tweet about all the issues in the world? People are dying all over the world, literally. But no I mainly focus on the issues that I connect with most. That doesn't mean I don't care about all the other issues, it just means I am more deeply connected with certain issues and politics and so I discuss them more. It is absolutely natural. Did everyone who tweeted about Chennai tweet about the mass killings all over Africa? The bombings in the Middle East? The shootings in the US? The stampede in SA?

If Deepika tweeted about depression (if she really uses her twitter herself) and not about something else, there's nothing hypocritical about it. She just connects more deeply with depression and so feels passionate about sharing her experience in order to help others.

With that said, I know that if a flood or earthquake or any other issue happened in Canada, I would definitely at least send out a quick tweet as condolences to those affected, because as a Canadian I would feel the need to show my respect for other fellow Canadians. I would feel connected to them. So yes Deepika could have told her team to tweet at least one quick thing in support of those affected by the tragedy in Chennai. But not doing it doesn't mean she doesn't care about the people in Chennai - it may just have slipped her mind or her team's mind, or anything else. As long as she donates to people in need, it is enough to tell me that she cares.

Stop explaining to the TM. She is just trying to get DP bashed. Even RS, PC and a host of others didn't tweet about it.

tweeting abg something doesn't actually mean they mean it. There r many who tweet just for the sake of it or just bcoz others r tweeting.
I have my relatives who r in chennai and right now ppl in chennai need help and not celebrity tweets. There's shortage of food and water. Sitting behind computer screen and tweeting isn't gonna help. Actors like siddharth and madhavan r helping ppl by providing food packets and water while others r accommodating ppl. So as long as she donates or helps ppl in need its engouh to say she cares.


PS :if watched news channel actress khushboo herself had said while she was out on Street voluntering , tweeting on twitter or sharing message on watsapp and all is not gonna help ppl, ppl need to come out of their house and help.

So her fans are admitting Cleavage Row was a PR exercise.. as they're claiming it's her PR who tweets from her Twitter account.

When Deepika does sth it her PR for publicity and If she doesn't do she is Selfish.

Yes I definitely think it wasn't her literally typing the tweets. She may have been enraged and told her team to tweet it, or maybe she did grab a phone and tweet it herself (out of spontaneous anger). I don't know. But normally it is her team who tweets for her (they mostly retweet than tweet anyway).

Whats happening in Chennai is terrible and isn't being given as much coverage by the media and stars.

Everyone is selfcentered. Not only Deepika. Well one tweet is not gonna do any help. If anyone prays for the ppl suffers in this kind of situation is enough. Also if possible they can provide some help like some South Indian actors donating. Vishal, a Tamil actors get into the affected area and provided some basic thgs like water and milk etc to ppl. This helps not the tweets.
