Usually I like all Aloo movies because she has this charm in her, but I didn't even like the trailer of Shandaar. It looked very childish and lame. I highly doubt it will do well.

And considering how PKP2 is performing , I doubt Shandaar has a chance.

He has a terrible script sense. He is a decent actor, but his script sense kills him. Shaandaar looked kiddish. Even kiddish movies can be appealing with good characterization, but Shaandaar didn't even have that. It looked really boring. I am still not sure what he was thinking while picking this movie.

Shahid lacks script sense except when working with Vishal B

There is no other reason

He is a good actor, good dancer, good looker...but he picks the most awful scripts sometimes. Also as I said earlier he debuted at a time when most of his contemporaries were flopping left, right and centre.
