Creature 3D wasn't a hit?! 😆 I swore Bips on IG was celebrating that it was. I don't understand the BO that well, but I hope it can recover everything through the life of its run.

See, I just don't think it's a flop b/c it made a lot of money (22 cr isn't bad but yeah the budget was huge) and did better than more of the female centric roles in terms of 1st weekend numers--so to me it says that clearly people still have some interest in seeing Aish on-screen despite her poor BO performance.

But in this movie ppl didn't watched movie for Bahurani also. It failed big time.

That goes for everyone though...There are only MAX 5-6 stars in the industry where people would go to the theatre to see the star instead of the content - for the rest of Bollywood its all about CONTENT. And I dont think there is any current actress who has the ability to bring audiences to the theatre just on the basis of her name. No current actress has that. NO ONE.

You have to be one of those 5-6 stars or have strong content to make a film successful. Theres nothing else (occasionally good music may help but even that has decreased now)

The film recovered its costs just based on its worldwide collections, without including satellite/music rights. So it was not some sort of a loss or a flop.
This film was never expected to be a blockbuster anyway, given its genre and if you see how similar films of this genre performed. NH10, Mardaani etc more or less did the same. But even this is an achievement on this forum since a few people expected it to be (or rather hoped for it to be) the worst film ever and the biggest flop ever.

The film received decent reviews and even Ash got mostly positive reviews and will most likely get nominations for best actress awards. Good start for Ash! She is here to stay.. not doing a film or two and disappearing like most other actresses who never succeeded in making a comeback in the literal sense.

She needs props to make the film successful ..her three successes were thanks to superstars SRK, SK & HR . This one fared average because of her costars and no thanks to her screeching and plastic beauty.
