My college registrar in New York asked me about Salman Khan that he is a great fan of his movies but he is sad that he got arrested few months ago😕...I was shocked that how come he knew about this...then I explained him that he is not arrested yet and the case is still going on...

And present bajrangi bhaijaan which is everywhere..btw screaming supporters he has too, esp since ETT when he shot abroad many pics with goris..and in USA/Canada and UK he congured big time and dethroned srks movies...only movie and that by slight margin was pk, but pk came at christmas time..but coming in top 10 in USA per mojo and staying 8 plus weeks in north america the largest market is huge achievement..so saying he only popular in india is balony...and its still running in some theaters..and it beat pk in phase one worldwide..and beat pk in other ways..it hasnt gone into phase two yet..meaning china etc ..like PK..but will go there or Japan then other markets..thats phase two..

Plus Salman hardly makes movies to attract nris or comes here, or do a tour , or overly promote like SRK..had he done that it be another story..though in the 90s as mentioned his movies did and since ETT his movies are...im talking north america..because UAE, PAK..he already big there but i guess people miss that as being overseas..but the market he growing in again is NORTH AMERICA, UK with bajrangi more goras revognizing him, as nris indians know him since the beginning with MPK, the ones into bolly movies...and prdp will increase it more!!

SRK has established himself as the King of Romance and because he is able to romance so well he has built an image for himself that people are attracted to. Aamir's popularity rose after 3 Idiots. IMO Salman usually doesn't star in movies that are seen as valuable entertainment to foreigners. Aamir's USP is his acting and the stories of his movies; SRK's is his charm and romance; whatever USP Salman may have is just not appealing to foreigners. Over the top action is looked down upon, it's far too unrealistic, and if a movie constantly shows that OTT action it's not watchable. I even hated the ending of Chennai Express because of the stupid dragged fight between SRK's character and that other guy. 🤢

If Salman makes more meaningful movies with less masala entertainment I think he can attract the foreign audiences too. Bajrangi Bhaijaan has actually done wonders for him here.

But Salman is gaining lots of popularity here since Wanted. My family and close relatIves everyone, who were SRK diehard fans and others BW fans, are now Salman fans or love him movies. They watch his movies regularly and wait for the news releases. LMAO about foreigners not liking Salman because of crime? That's the last thing they care about or even know about. Sometimes I have discussed Salman's hit and drive case with few of them because of some topic we were talking about and other times, but they looked at me as if I heard the news wrong, and it was just a rumor. And even when once they could believed somehow after mentioning it was it news and all, they didn't care and went back to talk about his movies, etc. The same with my friends, etc who are actually active on social, etc sites to know enough about his cases, etc and come across the news. But last thing in their mind or could care about is his cases, etc They call him the most honest Khan and humanitarian, etc.

People need to realize just because their life here on IF revolves around nonstop bashing and hating Salman for his past cases and calling him criminal or judging him as criminal doesn't mean the world outside would care a bit. May be in India peope care since it's their country and may think he's criminal and should be behind bars. But hardly ever is the same in other countries. There's a world outside IF who know these stars and like them due to their movies, etc. It's all entertainment for them. They watch them for entertainment and really could care less about their cases, or whether they are criminal or not, or whether they are cheater or not as long as they are providing them entertainment. They will enjoy their movies and could care less about the rest. That's all its for them: ENTERTAINMENT!
